So far so good...

Entering the second week in the weight loss challenge I am pleased with what I have done. I have to admit that I have not been great, I still eat a snack once in awhile and I've skipped the diet soda a couple of times as well, but so far so good. One of the best things I started doing was bringing Jello snacks to work and keeping a can of almonds in my desk. I have not had one thing from the vending machine at work since I started and for whatever reason I have to drink water while eating the almonds. I have also had very light snacks at night like gram crackers that have helped to keep me from eating a ton of candy or the need for a sandwich before going to bed.

Now I need to keep it up and get my but in gear dedicating a little bit more time each day to working out and doing more than just the elliptical machine. If possible I will try to weigh in at the end of the week and the goal will be to come in under 180lbs.
