The diet

Yesterday I weighed in on the "official" scale and found that I have lost 4lbs since the start of our competition. This puts me at 181.6lbs and I have a week to lose another 2-4lbs to meet my goal. I also just started at the gym last week doing 30 mins on the bike another 15 mins on the elliptical machine and 30 mins spent working my upper body (arms and shoulders). Today I am on my way back to do the same cardio workout and concentrate on core training.


I don't have all of the exact numbers in front of me but I think I am in last with 2.14% weight loss. I think this is going to end up being a lot closer than I thought it would be. Time to kick it into high gear!
